CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & CHANGES
To avoid any charges, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel, reschedule, or make any changes to your appointment.
• 48+ hours – No charge. Booking fee remains as account credit.
• 24–48 hours – 50% of treatment cost charged.
• Less than 24 hours or no show – 100% of treatment cost charged.
Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice may still be charged at the original treatment cost.
Booking fees are non-refundable but transferable with sufficient notice. This means that if you have provided 48+ hours notice, any booking fee you have paid will remain on your account to use at a future booking.
By continuing with your booking, you agree to this policy. Outstanding fees must be paid before future appointments can be made.
